Exclusions

To & for air / train tickets from Guest Destination.
● Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.
● Any extra cost occurred due to Political strikes/issues OR due to natural calamities.
● Any High season/Diwali/X-Mas/New Year supplements mandatory charges. Guests will need to pay the same along with package amount OR as per hotel policy.
● Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions ● Entrances to the monuments or any other activity
● Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
● A/c Will Not Work at Ghat / Hill Area
● A/c will not work on standby mode
● Tourist vehicle will not allowed in mall road

Policy

Terms and Conditions

Vehicle will be as per above itinerary not on disposal basis, Sightseeing timing is 10AM to 06PM.
● IF pick up and drop before 8.00 am and after 6.00 pm additional charges will be applicable.
● If pick up or Drop from Madgaon additional charges will be applicable.
● Tour can be confirmed only on tour payment.**
● Rates shall change in case of change in no. of person traveling.
● A/C will not work in Hills.
● A/c will not work on standby mode.
● Rates are subject to availability.
● All sightseeing as per time permit and availability of that day, if due to any reason monument are closed, we are not responsible. All sightseeing will be done as per the guideline given by government.
● Visit to all Museums in program are subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.

● Hotels will be same or similar.
● Sedan and Ertiga will be on CNG.
● Vehicle shall be till the point it can access / parking only [Small/Medium/Coachorany type].
● Sometimes our Tourist vehicle is not allowed due to Traffic / Transport Rules so guest will have to hire local union Vehicle at their own Cost.
● No Change of hotel can be guaranteed at sudden moments.
● Guest must choose hotel through their own research before booking.
● Normal timings for check in @ 1400PM Hrs & check out @ 1100AM Hrs [Varies hotel to hotel].
● All the payments other than the above-mentioned services will have to be made directly at the venue.
● Heater Facility in Hills Area Hotels is Chargeable as per Hotel Policy.
● Meals in the package can only be availed in the provided hotel as per hotel menu & their terms & conditions. -Large Vehicle Like Tempo or Coach is Not Allowed in Nainital / Mussoorie and Other Hill Areas
● Vehicle is as per itinerary and not on disposal. Additional sightseeing or transfer which are not mentioned in itinerary is payable to the driver directly.
● Vehicle will not be available after 18:00 hrs in case extra charges are not paid for disposable usage or not mentioned in itinerary.
● If no of pax will change , price per person will change
● No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
● Refund of against cancellation of hotel as per hotel rules.
● No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as acts of God, bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at
airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to what not reach the destination and which is beyond our control. It will be entirely at the risk and cost of the customer. How ever we will try our best to
help you.
● Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
● OUR COMPANY acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third Party service providers; it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of The standards of services provided by the service providers such as hotels or car rental providers.
● In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, shall offer similar Hotel.
● Kindly request all guest to carry their valid Photo identity along with address and vaccination certificate / RT PCR Report during their travel to produce at Airport / Hotels. (Will follow govt. Guideline at the time of travel.)
● Tour confirmation only on receipt of full payment. **- Irrespective of above-mentioned
cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 3% service charges would be applicable.
