Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming any booking. By booking a tour package, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
🏛️ 1. Government & Local Taxes
Applicable local, state, or tourism taxes may be collected directly by hotels or local authorities at the time of check-in/check-out. Charges may vary depending on the destination, hotel type, or state government regulations.
🧾 2. Booking & Confirmation
- Your booking is confirmed only after full or advance payment and acknowledgment from Bhurr Holidays.
- Confirmation details will be sent via email and SMS to your registered contact information.
- Travel vouchers and documents will be issued 48–72 hours before departure upon full payment.

💳 3. Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed or incomplete payments may lead to automatic cancellation without notice.
- Refunds will follow the Bhurr Holidays Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or strikes, Bhurr Holidays will coordinate with vendors to process the maximum possible refund.
- Cancellation fees depend on supplier policies (hotels, transport operators, and other service partners).
🏨 4. Hotel & Accommodation
- Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM (local time).
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and availability.
- In case of unavailability, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be provided.
- Some hotels may ask for a refundable security deposit, payable directly by guests.
🧳 5. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
- All Bhurr Holidays packages are customizable. Any modification will be reflected in the final itinerary and price.
- Package prices exclude personal expenses such as laundry, beverages, room service, minibar, and tips.
- Festive or peak season surcharges (Diwali, New Year, Christmas, or long weekends) are not included unless stated.
- “Day at Leisure” means no pre-scheduled sightseeing or activities for that day.
🚖 6. Transportation & Transfers
- Vehicles are provided according to the itinerary and agreed kilometers/hours.
- Additional usage beyond the limit will be charged as per actuals.
- Travelers must be punctual for pickups and transfers. Missed transfers due to delay will be considered service utilized.
- AC may not function in hilly areas depending on the vehicle type.
- In case of breakdown or technical issues, a replacement vehicle will be arranged at the earliest.
🪪 7. Travel Documentation
- All travelers must carry valid Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID).
- Details provided during booking must match exactly with ID proof.
- Bhurr Holidays is not liable for denied travel or delays due to incorrect documents.
🗺️ 8. Sightseeing, Tours & Activities
- Guests must be on time for all tours and activities. Missed services due to delay or no-show are non-refundable.
- Sightseeing is subject to weather, local conditions, and government permissions.
- If a paid activity is canceled by the operator, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days.
- Complimentary activities have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
⚖️ 9. Liability & Responsibility
Bhurr Holidays acts solely as a travel facilitator, coordinating with hotels, cab operators, and other vendors. Liability is limited to the total value of services booked through Bhurr Holidays. We are not responsible for loss, theft, accident, delay, or damage caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.
🧾 10. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) Policy
As per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (effective 01 July 2021):
- TCS @5% will be applicable on all domestic and international tour packages exceeding the government-defined limit, as per current Income Tax rules.
- If the traveler has not filed Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the two preceding financial years, and the aggregate TDS/TCS in each year is ₹50,000 or more, an additional 5% TCS will apply.
- Bhurr Holidays will verify the customer’s PAN before processing the booking.
- If PAN validation fails or additional TCS payment is not received, the booking may be cancelled, and standard cancellation charges will apply.
- TCS once deposited with the Government cannot be refunded, even if the booking is cancelled later.
- Customers can claim TCS credit while filing their Income Tax Return for the respective financial year.
⚖️ 11. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra (India). All transactions and services are governed under the laws of India.
