Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your international travel package. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the terms listed below.


🏛️ 1. Government & Tourism Taxes

Applicable local or international tourism taxes, city fees, or resort surcharges may be collected directly by hotels or local authorities at check-in or check-out. These charges vary by country, destination, or hotel category and are payable by the traveler.


🧾 2. Booking & Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or advance payment and acknowledgment from Bhurr Holidays.
  • Confirmation details will be sent via email and SMS on your registered contact details.
  • Travel vouchers and documents will be issued 48–72 hours before departure, subject to full payment.

💳 3. Payment & Cancellation
  • Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
  • Refunds will be processed as per the Bhurr Holidays Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, flight disruptions, visa delays, or government restrictions, Bhurr Holidays will strive to process the maximum possible refund in coordination with partners/vendors.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and overseas suppliers.

🏨 4. Hotel & Accommodation
  • Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM (local time).
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and availability.
  • In case the booked hotel is unavailable, a similar category alternative will be arranged.
  • Some hotels may ask for a refundable security deposit at check-in, payable directly by the guest.
  • Any special requests or upgrades will be honored based on hotel policy and may attract additional charges.

🧳 5. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
  • Packages are customizable and final pricing depends on selected hotels, flights, and inclusions.
  • Package cost excludes personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, room service, beverages, minibar, tips, or porterage.
  • Festive surcharges during events like Christmas, New Year, Easter, or national holidays are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  • “Day at Leisure” implies no sightseeing or pre-scheduled activities for that day.
  • Optional tours or excursions are available at additional cost.

✈️ 6. Flights & Baggage Policy
  • If your package includes Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) flights (e.g., AirAsia, Scoot, FlyDubai, Air Arabia, Thai AirAsia, Jetstar, Air India Express, etc.), checked baggage and meals are not included by default.
  • Additional baggage and meal options can be added on request at extra cost, as per airline rules.
  • Please confirm baggage requirements at least 5 days before departure.
  • Any flight schedule change or delay is subject to airline policy. Bhurr Holidays is not liable for missed connections or delays caused by third-party airlines.

🪪 7. Passport, Visa & Travel Documentation
  • All travelers must hold a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of return.
  • Traveler names must exactly match those on their passports.
  • Obtaining a valid visa and complying with immigration rules is the traveler’s sole responsibility.
  • Bhurr Holidays will assist in the visa application process but cannot guarantee approval or issuance.
  • Any rejection or delay by consulates or embassies is beyond our control, and cancellation charges will apply as per policy.
  • Travelers must ensure they meet all vaccination, insurance, and entry requirements of the destination country.

🗺️ 8. Sightseeing, Tours & Activities
  • Travelers must be punctual for tours and transfers. Delays or no-shows will result in service forfeiture without refund.
  • Sightseeing is subject to local conditions, public holidays, traffic, or operational feasibility.
  • If a paid activity is canceled due to operational or weather reasons, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days.
  • Complimentary activities are non-refundable and hold no monetary value.

⚖️ 9. Liability & Responsibility
  • Bhurr Holidays acts solely as a facilitator between the traveler and independent service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, local operators).
  • The company’s liability is limited to the value of services booked through Bhurr Holidays.
  • We are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, damage, accident, delay, or force majeure events beyond our control.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

💰 10. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) Policy

As per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (effective 01 July 2021):

  • A TCS @5% will be applicable on all international tour packages booked through Bhurr Holidays.
  • If the traveler has not filed Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the two preceding financial years, and their TDS/TCS aggregate exceeds ₹50,000 per year, an additional 5% TCS will be charged.
  • Bhurr Holidays will verify the customer’s PAN before processing the booking.
  • If PAN validation fails or additional TCS is not paid, the booking will be cancelled, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
  • TCS once deposited with the Government cannot be refunded, even if the booking is later cancelled.
  • Customers can claim TCS credit when filing their Income Tax Return for the respective financial year.

⚖️ 11. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra (India). All transactions and services are governed by the laws of India.
