Bhurr Holidays – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Bhurr Holidays (Bhurr Technologies LLP), including Cabs, Cab Packages, Driver Services, Domestic Tours, and International Tours.

CAB SERVICES (Local & Outstation)

A) Outstation Cab Trips

  • 100% refund within 30 minutes of booking (after deducting platform fee of ₹199 + GST + payment gateway charges).
  • If booked with 20% advance: 50% of paid amount refundable (if cancelled >6 hrs before departure)
  • If booked with 50% advance: 80% refundable (if cancelled >6 hrs before departure)
  • If 100% prepayment: 90% refundable (if cancelled >6 hrs before departure)
  • 10% of the estimated fare deducted for cancellations made >6 hrs before departure.
  • No refund if cancelled within 6 hours of departure.
  • Any special cases are subject to Bhurr Holidays’ discretion.

B) Local Cab Trips (Hourly / Daily / City Rides)

  • 100% refund within 30 minutes, minus: Platform Fee ₹199 + GST + Payment/UPI gateway charges
  • 75% refund if cancelled >6 hrs before trip start.
  • No refund within 6 hours of departure.

C) One-Way Cab Drops (City / Airport / Intercity)

  • 100% refund within 30 minutes (minus platform fee + gateway charges).
  • 10% deduction on estimated fare if cancelled >6 hrs before departure.
  • No refund within 6 hours of departure.

DRIVER SERVICES (Driver-on-Hire / Chauffeur Service)

  • 100% refund within 30 minutes, after platform + gateway charges.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made >6 hours before reporting time.
  • No refund for cancellations within 6 hours of reporting.
  • If driver has already reached the pickup location, full-day charges apply.

CAB PACKAGES (Road Trips / Pilgrimage / Multi-Day Packages)

  • 100% refund within 30 minutes of booking (minus ₹199 + GST + gateway fee).
  • For cancellations >24 hours before departure: 80% refund on advance payment
  • For cancellations >6 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • No refund within 6 hours of departure.
  • Any custom itinerary or pre-booked toll/parking/hotel costs are non-refundable.

DOMESTIC TOURS (Hotel + Cab + Sightseeing Packages)

  • 100% refund within 24 hours of booking, provided no hotel/flight/activity has been issued or booked.
  • Air tickets → As per airline cancellation policy
  • Hotels → As per the hotel’s policy
  • Activities/Sightseeing tickets → Non-refundable
  • Bhurr Holidays service fee: Non-refundable

Cancellation Timeline (for confirmed bookings):

  • 30+ days before travel → Up to 70% refund
  • 15–30 days → Up to 40% refund
  • Less than 15 days → Up to 20% refund
  • Less than 7 days → No refund
Special exceptions due to weather, strikes, or natural events are handled on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL TOURS (Flights, Hotels, Visa, Packages)

Important: Once visa processing begins, the visa fee & service charges are non-refundable.
  • Flights → As per airline rules (most are partially or non-refundable)
  • Hotels → As per hotel policy (international hotels often charge 100% within 7–10 days)
  • Activities, cruises, attractions → Mostly non-refundable
  • Bhurr Holidays service fee → Non-refundable

Package-Level Refunds:

  • 30+ days before travel → Up to 50% refund
  • 15–30 days → Up to 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days → No refund
  • Visa rejection: Only refundable components (if any) will be returned.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.
  • Platform fee, GST, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Bhurr Holidays reserves the right to modify or adjust refunds in case of:
  • Fraudulent bookings
  • System errors
  • Policy misuse
  • Vendor-specific conditions
