Request account deletion
For users of Bhurr Holidays (Bhurr - Rent Cabs & Drivers), operated by Bhurr Technologies LLP.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Send a deletion request
- Email [email protected] with the subject Bhurr account deletion request.
- Include your registered mobile number with country code and your name. Where possible, send the request from your registered email address.
- Ask to delete your Bhurr account and associated personal data. Our support team may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
This button opens your email app. If it does not open, send the email manually to [email protected]. Opening this page or button does not itself submit or complete deletion.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or identity documents in your initial email.
You can also request deletion in the app
Open Profile in the bottom navigation, select Delete account, then confirm your request. The request is sent for review; it is not confirmation that deletion has already finished.
If you have an active trip, unpaid balance, refund or unresolved dispute, mention it in your request. Support will explain any steps needed before deletion can be completed.
What happens to your data?
Account and associated personal data
Your request covers your account profile, name, contact details, saved addresses and other personal data associated with your account, except records that must be retained for the purposes explained below.
Records that may be retained
Booking, payment, invoice and dispute records may be retained where required by applicable law, accounting obligations, fraud prevention or unresolved claims. Anonymised information may be retained for analytics as described in our privacy policy.
Processing and retention periods
Processing begins after ownership verification. Any delay due to an active service or unresolved claim, and the applicable retention period for records that must be kept, will be explained by support for your request. Records are retained no longer than needed for their stated purpose or required by applicable law.
Once deletion is completed, access to the deleted account and its personal data cannot be restored. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
