Days Plan
- Arrival Luang Prabang you will meet your guide and driver. Transfer to Hotel for check in. In the afternoon after your short rest, you can explore the heritage sites on your own. Overnight at hotel
- Breakfast at hotel then our guide and driver would be meet you at hotel for Luang Prabang sightseeing. We will visit some of the famous temples. Wat Xiengthong, Wat Visoun and Then continue on to the former Royal Palace, a commanding structure in the center of town that until 1946 was the heart of the Lang Xang Kingdom. Today it is the National Museum, and its halls contain rare religious and cultural artefacts.
- In the afternoon we will visit Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre, displays of clothing, craft tools, plus religious & ritual objects related to various ethnic groups. Heuan Chan Heritage House, the former of the King guard’s house and now it is exhibition of the Lao traditional tools.
- In the afternoon we board an upstream cruise on the Mekong River, which gives us a panoramic view of the tranquil countryside. We’ll make sure to stop at the Pak Ou Caves, sanctuaries consisting of two large caverns, both repositories for thousands of Buddha images. We will also stop at a few villages during the day, including Ban Xanghai and Ban Xang Khong – Xieng Lek where the local rice wine is produced and handicrafts.
- Return to Luang Prabang in the afternoon and transfer you to hotel. Overnight at hotel
- An early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate (Tak Bath) in the daily morning alms giving ritual to saffron clad monks. This tradition is unique to Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving this procession. From there we continue to visit the local morning to experience of the local food sales. Return to hotel for breakfast.
- After your breakfast at hotel then our guide and driver would be meet you at hotel to travel outside of to Kao Niaw Farmstay to experience of Farming with local expert. Traditional & Lunch on the rice paddy terrace.
- You would be experience of the how to process of planting and harvesting rice in the rice paddy, Come and spend half a day with us, situated in an idyllic countryside setting surrounded by mountains in the middle of ancient rice terraces.
- Come and let us show you how rice is grown on our farm, experience the life of a rice farmer and try your hand at some of the activities. Or just view it all from the comfort of our traditional Lao rice house terrace.
- Meet some real Lao people and Bounloth our buffalo
- Would you like to see how rice is planted in the rice paddy? You could join our team of rice planters and have a go!
- It is fun, it is educational, hands-on and eco-friendly!
- Come and see how buffaloes are used to plough the rice paddies and try it for yourself!
- Planting seedlings. Threshing rice. Cutting and bundling rice. Many hands make light work! Ploughing the rice paddy with our buffalo.
- After your lunch we will walk 1 hour to visit the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall. The falls cascade over many calcified tiers and down several hundred feet into a series of cool, turquoise pools and enjoy Bear Rescue Center. On the way we will observe the local village Ban Na Ouan. The Hmong tribe and experience their living. Return to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon
- In the late afternoon we will climb 328 steps to the top of Mount Phousii and enjoy panoramic views of the city and sunset from the hillside. From there we will come down to explore night market which is open from dusk until about 10pm. Browse for colorful textiles, quilts, carvings, basketry, ceramics, clothing and handmade paper. Overnight at hotel
- Today after your breakfast we will travel to Train Station for travelling to Oudomxay by EMU Train D88 Departure 09:57 Arrival 10:41
- On arrival of Oudomxay we will visit the Wat Phou That to see the view of the area, after that travel to visit Chom Ong Cave, This chamber has the claim to fame of being the biggest in all of Northern Laos and there are some 16 kilometers of tunnels that run through the mountainside. Afterward we return to Oudomxay then travel to Nam Katyorlapa Resort & Park for check in. after check in free leisure relax and overnight at hotel

- Today after your breakfast we will travel to Muang La it is the town of charming nature and hill tribe villages. We will visit the Wat Pra Jao Singkham, a Buddhist temple in the area, from there we will drive up on the Mountain by 4x4 vehicle to visit the hill tribe village of (Ano)Khmu, Hmong Ikhor and Aka villages. which you will reach some villages of 3-4 typical Laotian ethnic minorities: the Khmu, Ikhor, Aka and the Hmong.
- Today's route crosses a beautiful landscape, you will climb up to about 1,000 meters above sea level where you will enjoy a memorable view of the entire surrounding area.
- The first stop will be at a beautiful Ikhor village completely isolated from "civilization". This ethnic group has roots in Yunnan and Tibet and is one of the few ethnic groups not to have been influenced by modernity.
- Immediately after lunch you will head to the Hmong village of Ban Tauser which is 45 minutes' walk from the previous village, this ethnic group is originally from Tibet and today you will discover all their uses, customs and lifestyle. The path that will take you to this village is unique, it offers many panoramic views where you can take wonderful photos. You will return to your resort in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel
- This morning immediately after breakfast you will be transferred by road to the town of Muang Khua from here you will board a boat with which you will sail the scenic Nam Ou River, to reach the picturesque fishing village called Mouang Ngoi Kao.
- On your way down you will stop at several rural villages including the Khmu village of Ban Sob Jaem accessible only by boat. We will arrive in Mouang Ngoi Kao in the afternoon and if you want you can take a walk to admire the scenery offered by this beautiful city. Overnight at hotel
- In the morning after your breakfast, we will have a village sightseeing so you can be experience of local lives. From there we will walk passing the trail of local farmer and rice field to visit the Cave, Khmu and Thai Deng people about 2.5 hours of each way. In the afternoon return to hotel for check in and relax free on your own. Overnight at hotel

- In the morning breakfast we will walk down to take a Boat cruise down on Nam Ou River to the local Khmu village Ban Sop Kong so the guide will show you around the village then have a short hike 1 hour per way to visit Waterfall, you can also swim and relax. Afterward return to a Boat cruise down to Nongkiaw. Arrival Nongkiaw check in to hotel and relax. Overnight at hotel
- An early morning about 6AM Or after your breakfast we will climb up to visit the Pha Xom Nang View Point of Nongkiaw to see the sunrise and amazing view of the area. Afterward we return to guesthouse for Breakfast Or Relax.
- Afterward we will check out from hotel then have a short sightseeing around the local market in the area, from there we will travel to Luang Prabang. On the way we will visit the Local Village Ban Na Yang to see they do the weaving crafts and Lao traditional dresses from the silkworm. From there continue to Luang Prabang. Arrival Luang Prabang transfer to hotel for check in and relax. Overnight at hotel
