1. Government & Local Taxes
Applicable local or tourism taxes, city fees, or hotel surcharges may be charged directly by the hotel or local authorities at the time of check-in/check-out.
These charges are per night, per room, and vary by country, destination, or hotel category.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS on your registered mobile number.

Travel vouchers and travel documents will be shared 72 hours prior to departure, provided that full payment has been received.
3. Payment & Cancellation
If payment is not received as per the agreed schedule, Bhurr Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
Refunds will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or adverse weather, Bhurr Holidays will attempt to process the maximum possible refund in coordination with our service partners.
Cancellation charges, if any, will depend on supplier policies (hotels, airlines, local operators).
4. Hotel & Accommodation Policies
Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (local time).
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and may incur additional charges.
In case of unavailability of the selected hotel, an alternate hotel of similar category will be offered.
Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, payable directly by the guest.
5. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
Bhurr Holidays packages are customizable. Any additions or modifications will be reflected in the final confirmed itinerary and cost.
The package price does not include personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, minibar, alcoholic beverages, room service, or tips.
Festive surcharges (e.g., New Year, Christmas, National Holidays, or special events) are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Day at Leisure refers to a free day with no pre-scheduled activities.
6. Flights & Transfers
If the package includes Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) flights (e.g., AirAsia, Scoot, FlyDubai, Air Arabia, Indigo, GoFirst, Air India Express, etc.), checked-in baggage is not included by default.
Additional baggage can be purchased upon request at an extra cost, based on airline policy.
Please confirm baggage requirements at least 5 days before departure.
7. Travel Documentation
Traveler names must match exactly as per passport or government ID.
Bhurr Holidays will not be responsible for any denied boarding, visa rejections, or immigration issues due to incorrect details or missing documents.
All travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passport, visa, vaccination (if applicable), and travel insurance before travel.
8. Tours, Activities & Transportation
Guests must be punctual for tours, transfers, and activities. Delays or no-shows may result in service loss without refund.
If any paid activity is canceled due to operational or weather reasons, a refund will be processed within 30 working days.
Complimentary activities (if included) are non-refundable.
Bhurr Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, or delay arising due to factors beyond our control (e.g., flight delay, traffic, political unrest, etc.).
9. Liability & Responsibility
Bhurr Holidays acts as a travel facilitator, coordinating with hotels, airlines, and local operators.
The company’s liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.
We do not hold responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, theft, or delay caused by third-party service providers or natural causes.
10. Dispute & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra (India).
All services are governed by the laws of India.
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) Policy
As per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Applicable from 01 July 2021):
TCS @5% will be applicable on all international tour packages sold by Bhurr Holidays.
If the traveler has not filed Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the two preceding financial years, and the aggregate TDS/TCS exceeds ₹50,000 or more per year, an additional 5% TCS will be applicable.
Bhurr Holidays will validate the customer’s PAN prior to processing the booking.
If PAN validation fails or additional TCS is not paid, the booking will be cancelled, and standard cancellation charges will apply.
TCS once deposited with the government cannot be refunded, even if the booking is later cancelled.
Customers can claim TCS credit while filing their Income Tax Return for the respective financial year.
